Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury

A Message from Robert L. Vogel:

We distinguish ourselves by what we are not. We are not a lawsuit assembly line. We are selective in the medical malpractice and injury cases that we take. We have had great success with the cases we take, in part, because we take the time to advise our clients about the merits of the case.

We have all medical malpractice and injury cases evaluated by our own medical experts. After we do, we sit down with our clients and go over these evaluations.

If we agree to take a case, we fight tooth and nail for our clients. We are very aggressive in pursuing relief for people with genuine injuries.

We are here for you, so please call and set up a free consultation.

Thank you for your interest,

Robert L. Vogel

As an experienced trial attorney, Robert L. Vogel can help protect your rights if you are injured and its not your fault. Insurance companies notoriously offer less money than you deserve if you are not represented by an attorney. Don't sign away your rights or give up your claims without contacting us first!

We charge a fee only if you recover. And we work with you every step of the way.

We help people who are injured through medical negligence, medical devices, product failures and defects, auto and truck injuries, and injuries, including assaults (an intentional injury) inflicted on you by other people.

We will meet with you to determine the best course of action for you, based on your injury and your needs.

Important questions to think about:

  1. Are all your past and present medical bills getting paid?
  2. How has your injury affected your job and your ability to work?
  3. How has your injury affected your home life, hobbies and activities?
  4. How has your injury affected your the time you spend with your husband or wife? Your kids?
  5. Are you still going for treatment?
  6. Are you still in pain?
  7. What type of treatment will you need in the future?
  8. What kind of medical bills will you encounter next year, the year after, ten or twenty years from now?
  9. What are the far reaching effects of this injury?
  10. How long and how deeply have I felt pain? Is it getting better? Or, will there always be discomfort?
  11. Have I taken all of these factors into consideration when I try to figure out how much I should ask for?

You need an attorney who is skilled and experienced both in the Court room and at the negotiation table. If your injury was caused by the negligence (or intention) of another person, whether it was in a car wreck or because someone knocked you down or your slipped or your doctor did something wrong - call us!

We are with you every step of the way toward recovery.
