Robert L. Vogel is a graduate of Rutgers Law School, The State University of New Jersey School of Law in Newark, New Jersey and received his BA from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, New York and New Jersey, and has been admitted to practice in both Federal District Courts and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.  Recently, He has been listed as a Rule 31 General Civil and Family Mediator.

Before practicing law, he worked for many years in the financial services industries for a major brokerage firm as an Investment Advisor and as a Trainer at corporate headquarters and in the Trust Department. He also reviewed trusts prior to the Trust Department accepting them for compliance purposes.

At his law school graduation ceremony, he received the Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award. Prior to opening his own firm, Mr. Vogel worked as an Assistant District Attorney in New York City for the New York County District Attorney's Office, where he handled a variety of criminal matters, and for a Law Firm involved in Insurance Defense and Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Vogel has appeared in Court on thousands of cases, from criminal defense and appeals, at both the State and Federal level, to divorces and family law issues, medical malpractice, wrongful death, landlord tenant disputes, debtor-creditor issues, fradulant conveyances, personal injury, contract disputes, commercial litigation, probate conflicts and juvenile issues. He also accepts court appointments as guardian ad litem.

Mr. Vogel is experienced in drafting and administering wills, estate planning and asset protection documents and plans. He is also an experienced litigator and negotiator.
